The front desk staff was wonderful. They addressed my needs promptly. I found the in-room dining service fantastic. The food was tasty, and the service was quick. The beautiful room was nice.
The air conditioning did not work properly during the night. This made the room very uncomfortable. The swimming pool was under maintenance . This was a major disappointment because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop view.

the hotel staff were helpful. the food was excellent. health and safety protocols were great.
the room's air conditioning was not working properly. it made the room uncomfortable. the swimming pool was under maintenance. i was unable to enjoy the rooftop view.
